David Owen joined the company in 2019 as the Managing Director and is responsible for the company performance and ensuring RSC achieves its objectives as efficiently as possible. David brings more than 25 years’ experience in strategic analysis, business innovation, product development and leadership, customer service and performance management to the role. His extensive background in the automotive industry and working with start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, has given him the necessary knowledge and skills to drive growth and improve organizational performance. Since he joined RSC, the company has introduced OKRs to help implement strategy, increased its US sales force, launched Rev-Trac ONE, revamped Rev-Trac Insights and gone direct in the DACH region. David has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and is passionate about growing businesses and technology solutions, and helping people to realize their full potential. Outside of work, he likes to relax and enjoys music, coffee, and riding his motorbike.
